CANCELLATION POLICY - We have reserved staff and space just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If less than a 24-hour notice is given for cancellation, 100% of the service will be charged for same day or a no show.

NON-MEMBERS & GROUPS OF FOUR OR MORE - If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled appointment. If less than a 7-day notice is given for cancellation, 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your credit card on file. 100% of the service will be charged for same day or a no show.

BRIDAL & BACHELORETTE PARTIES - A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking four or more guests together. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call at least 10 days in advance of your scheduled appointment. If less than a 10-day notice is given for cancellation, 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your credit card on file. 100% of the service will be charged for same day or a no show.

FOOD & BEVERAGE- Food and beverages are permitted at The Duda Spa, however we ask that the food does not have an overwhelming odor. We do allow wine & champagne, but limit it to 4oz per guest and require you to be 21 and older to drink. All alcohol consumption must be accompanied with food. We have a strong carry in, carry out beverage policy.

ARRIVAL TIME – We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment at The duda Spa. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly service your rituals. In the event that you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will do the utmost to accommodate you. If we need to reschedule your appointment, a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service will be charged to your credit card on file.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS – For both the Salon and Spa we will provide you with appropriate attire and keyed lockers during your time at The duda. We are not, however, responsible for damage to your clothing or the security of your personal belongings.

 

GRATUITY- Our prices do not include gratuity. We feel that tipping is completely at your discretion. However, if you liked your experience at The duda and would like to tip your service provider, a gratuity will be gratefully appreciated.

CELL PHONES – We ask that you please silence your cell phones during your visit at The duda. If it’s an emergency or urgent call, please feel free to have that person call our phone number and will will promptly get the message to you.

CHILDREN – At The duda, our goal is to offer your rituals that renew your mind, body, and spirit and allow you to rediscover your vitality. We understand that you have precious ones but our atmosphere is for adults and children over 11. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and would like to thank parents for arranging off-site care for their children while visiting The duda. A parent or guardian must be present to sign consent forms for any treatments given to a client under the age of 16.

 

PARKING- Although our parking is limited we do have on site parking for your convenience. If our lot is full, adjacent to the Sheraton Hotel are 4-hour meters. We will be happy to service your meter, please make our staff aware of your parking needs.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES – Give the gift of renewal and indulgence to someone special. Our gift certificates can be purchased in any dollar amount or for your convenience our staff will be happy to assist you in choosing the right package or ritual for that someone special.
