The DuDa Spa now offers Reflexology. Reflexology will help in total body relaxation, leading to balancing of all internal and external body systems. Reflexology is applied pressure to reflex points on your hands and feet. These points relate to your internal organs, glands and body structure. When pressure is applied, energy can flow freely, re-balancing the body and assisting in restoring health.

Esthetician

Carissa attended Esthetics school at The Esthetic Institute of Concord in 2007.  She is certified in eyelash extensions, ear coning, Environ Skincare and is a professional spray tan artist! She is also a passionate make up artist, specializing in bridal make and airbrush systems. In her free time, she loves to play outside with her son Anthony, who loves dressing up as a cowboy! She will make you feel right at home at the DuDa Spa.

Esthetician

Jade attended Esthetic’s school at the Institute of Skin Science in Rye, NH. She is a passionate skin care professional specializing in detailed skin analysis,  facials, waxing, tinting, spray tanning and make up application. Jade holds certifications in Environ Skin Care, eye lash application and air-brush make up. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her fiance and their adorable puppy, Gambit. She’ll work with you to help improve any skincare concerns you may have!

Massage Therapist

Laurie graduated from Hesser College of Portsmouth in 2010 on Dean’s List. She prides herself in specializing in deep tissue massages and trigger point therapy. She is trained in all aspects of massage including hot stone, spa treatments, prenatal, reflexology, Swedish and shiatsu . Laurie holds certifications in Reiki I and Reiki II since 2008 and was certified as a Qi Gong Practitioner in New Haven, CT in 2012. In her spare time, Laurie loves spending time with her family, riding horseback, zipping off to Thompson lake for weekend getaways, gourmet cooking and laughing until she cries!

Lea’s first love interest was health and fitness. She attended New England Physical Fitness Research and Training in 1983 and practiced as a fitness trainer for several years which led to an enormous interest in Chinese acupressure and massage therapy.

In 1987, Lea traveled to Marin County, CA to study acupressure, shiatsu and massage therapy at the Acupressure Institute of Berkeley, CA. After 10 years of working in the California industry, she traveled to the British Virgin Islands to explore their massage opportunities. Settling in New Hampshire in 1996, she extended her interest in Health Sciences and became a nationally certified massage therapist in 2004.

Lea specializes in deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, and hot stone massages. Come in today and let her whisk you away into total relaxation!

Kate brings with her over four years of experience and expertise. She became a hair stylist to show others her creative and artistic side and loves knowing that she can make others feel great about themselves.  Kate loves every aspect of being a cosmetologist and strives to keep up to date with the hot trends by attending shows  and furthering her education in various courses.
